By accessing, using, or integrating Payzos, you ("you," "your," "User," or "Merchant") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Introduction
Payzos provides a secure and reliable payment processing system that enables merchants to accept online payments via credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment methods. This Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both Payzos and the Merchant regarding the use of the Payzos payment gateway.
Payment Processing and Settlements
Payzos acts as an intermediary between merchants and payment networks, processing payments on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
Payzos will facilitate the settlement of funds from the payment processors into your designated account.
Funds will typically be settled within [insert number of days] business days, subject to bank processing times.
Payzos is not responsible for any delays or issues with bank transactions, third-party payment processors, or payment network operations.
Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Payzos service for the purpose of processing payments, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nevada, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
